I have a number of pre-purchase questions about Amelia. If you can’t reply to all that is okay.
1. Is it possible to set fixed slots for a service from which the client can pick a slot ?
2. Can the client indicate on the system his preferred dates and times to book a service (even if the provider is unavailable) ?
3. Can a client shift a booked service to another available slot ?
4. Does the system have an Admin-Userinterface which provides an overview of all events/booked Events/clients ?
5. Can I manually set a booked event from paid to unpaid ?
6. Can I set up the system to notify me about a client that did not pay yet x days out from an appointment ?
7. Can I customise all emails sent out by the system ?
8. Is it possible to integrate my own SMTP service in the system ?
9. Is it possible to write an email to all participants of an event ?
10. Does the system have an REST-API ?
11. Does the system provide Webhooks ?
