Hello,

I have a number of pre-purchase questions about Amelia. If you can’t reply to all that is okay.
1. Is it possible to set fixed slots for a service from which the client can pick a slot ?
2. Can the client indicate on the system his preferred dates and times to book a service (even if the provider is unavailable) ?
3. Can a client shift a booked service to another available slot ?
4. Does the system have an Admin-Userinterface which provides an overview of all events/booked Events/clients ?
5. Can I manually set a booked event from paid to unpaid ?
6. Can I set up the system to notify me about a client that did not pay yet x days out from an appointment ?
7. Can I customise all emails sent out by the system ?
8. Is it possible to integrate my own SMTP service in the system ?
9. Is it possible to write an email to all participants of an event ?
10. Does the system have an REST-API ?
11. Does the system provide Webhooks ?

    1. Is it possible to set fixed slots for a service from which the client can pick a slot ?

    Sure, please check our Bookly Service Schedule (Add-on)It allows you to limit the hours during the day when a service can be booked.

    2. Can the client indicate on the system his preferred dates and times to book a service (even if the provider is unavailable)?

    This is the default option in Bookly. Please check the screenshot here

    3. Can a client shift a booked service to another available slot ?

    The client can do that if he/she has a WP account. Please also check our Customer Cabinet Add-on. It allows the clients to manage their personal details and upcoming appointments right on your website.

    4. Does the system have an Admin-Userinterface which provides an overview of all events/booked Events/clients ?

    Sure, you will have the admin panel in the WP backend. 

    5. Can I manually set a booked event from paid to unpaid?

    Unfortunately, you cannot change the status of the payment to unpaid. 

    6. Can I set up the system to notify me about a client that did not pay yet x days out from an appointment?

    I'm afraid such an option is not supported yet. You can leave your request here and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release. Please check this article about the email notifications that are available in Bookly. 

    7. Can I customise all emails sent out by the system ?

    Sure, you may find more information in this article.

    8. Is it possible to integrate my own SMTP service in the system?

    I'm afraid such an option is not supported. You can leave your request here and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release. We also have a partner which deals quite well with such a customization request and has a lot of expertise in dealing with Wordpress and our product- WP Kraken. Please click the "Get Quote" button on this page and explain your requirements. 

    9. Is it possible to write an email to all participants of an event ?

    You can send emails to the Client, Staff, and Administrators.

    10. Does the system have a REST-API?

    I'm afraid such an option is not supported. You can leave your request here and if it gets enough votes, it might be implemented in the future release. Please check this article about the email notifications that are available in Bookly. 

    11. Does the system provide Webhooks?

    Currently, integration with product/service is not supported.
