I have a question. 

My client runs a cleaning business and books slots by a team of 2 cleaners. 

The amount of time that an appointment takes depends on the number of rooms - but the duration is only a suggestion and the client could ask for more or less hours. 

They currently manage appointments via Google Calendar so would need an automatic 2 way sync. 

The client won't be able to pick the team that come to do the clean, as the logistics of travel would determine which team is sent where on the day. 

Is this possible and what add ons if any would be required?

    Thanks for your message. 

    Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member's schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member's schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking. 

    So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form. 

    The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.

    Please check if the Bookly Collaborative Services Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360013222534-Collaborative-Services-Add-on will work for this requirement. 

    It allows you to create services that require simultaneous participation of several staff members, or staff member and shared resources (like rooms, tables, equipment, specific tools, devices, and items) necessary for the service delivery so your customers can book appointments with two or more staff members working together and avoid double bookings of them if the resource is already in use. 

    Kindly note that at this time, the collaborative services can be booked only via the front-end. The administrator cannot create appointments with collaborative services in the backend but is able to add each appointment as a part of the collaborative service manually. 

    And this isn't compatible with Bookly Custom Duration Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on- yet. 

    If your collaborative service consists of two or more services assigned to multiple staff members, your customers are not able to choose staff members for each part of the collaborative service. The system displays and allows choosing an employee only for the first service (if 'Do not allow to select a specific staff member' option disabled) within the complex appointment, other employees are assigned automatically.

    Please check if the Bookly Advanced Google Calendar Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005100854-Advanced-Google-Calendar-Add-on will work for this requirement. 

    It enables you to get a full two-way synchronization between two (Bookly and Google Calendar) calendars to keep all your Bookly calendar data and any further schedule updates in sync with Google Calendar so all bookings created or updated in Bookly Calendar will be automatically reflected in the Google Calendar, and vice versa.
