before i buy questions
Hi i did not get any reaction after 2-3 weeks by mail so i hope this could help us out.
we want to choose for the plugin but i have some before i buy questions, if things are possible and how we cant achieve that in the demo content so we can check how its works. i added the link in of how we have it now here: https://031d670af024.sandbox.bookly.info/
1. We have some work rooms for rent, some are for 4 hours, some are for 1 day and 2 are for 1 month. Some are available for 4 hours and for 1 day. So people must be able to choose how long they need to rent a room. How do we need to put the settings to enable this on the correct way, is this even possible?
2. On the front page we disabled the employee function because we don't need that, can we do maybe something with this to achieve it?
All the other parts are for now perfect, its just the time per rent that we need to change. If you give us some help how to do it so we can check it out then we can after that buy the plugin and maybe some add ons like mollie.
So all with all if people choose a room (that can be booked for 4 hours) then in the next tab people must be able to choose a 4 hour time frame. If people choose to rent a room for a day, then in the next tab people must only be able to choose a whole day. Now its all 4 hours instead of variables. Hope my question is clear, if not feel free to ask.
If this not possible and need some custom code from your side, then please tell us how much it will cost us, then we make the design and deliver that to you if we can agree about the price.

And sorry for the delayed reply. However, we can’t find an email/ticket that contains the same queries you’ve raised here. If you could kindly provide us with a ticket number, I’d love to check the status to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
As you may know now, Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member's schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Please note that the system takes into account the staff member's schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.
So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.
The add-ons https://www.booking-wp-plugin.com/features/ are intended to help give more flexibility to achieve desired features.
1. Just to clarify, please… does each room have a different rent duration or the period of rent apply to all rooms? So either room can be booked for 4 hours today but can be booked for a month the next day?
Perhaps the Bookly Custom Duration Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/360005082294-Services-with-flexible-duration-Custom-Duration-Add-on- will work for this requirement?
It allows you to create services with flexible duration so your customers while booking an appointment will be able to choose its length from the predefined options and the price will be adjusted respectively. And this will be created as a single service in the Calendar.
Kindly note that the Bookly Custom Duration add-on is not compatible with any of these add-ons below.
2. I’m afraid that the ‘Time slot length’ is the time interval that is used as a step when building all time slots for the service at the Time step.
Perhaps you can make these into Services? For example:
Then all these Services are assigned to the corresponding room, for example, Room 1.
Please test this in your sandbox.
I'd like to note please that Bookly Pro is the main plugin, hence, it needs to be installed and activated to be able to use Bookly add-ons since these add-ons are supplementary to the main Bookly Pro plugin.
