Bookly Cloud provides a detailed log of every SMS message sent from your account. Use the SMS Details tab to monitor delivery statuses, track costs, and ensure your notifications are reaching your clients.
Where to Find SMS Details
- In your WordPress dashboard, go to Bookly Cloud > SMS Notifications.
- Click on the SMS Details tab.
Here you'll see a list of all sent messages with the following information:
- Recipient phone number
- Message content
- Delivery status (Sent, Delivered, Failed, Out of credit)
- Cost of each message
What to Check
- Delivery status: Make sure most messages are marked as Delivered. If you notice frequent failures, verify that phone numbers are entered correctly and include the country code.
- Cost tracking: Monitor your SMS spending to understand your average notification cost and plan your Cloud balance top-ups accordingly. You can use this Online SMS Length Calculator to check and optimize the length of your message.
If you enable the Send weekly summary option in Bookly Cloud > Settings > Notifications, you will receive an email with a summary of the total number of text messages sent and their cost.
