Bookly Pro & Plugin Capabilities...

We have been researching Bookly pro & a few of your add-ons and we would like your input to find out if this is something Bookly can offer.
I am setting up a courier company. The aim of the business is for customers to book 20 minute time slots for our courier to collect their order. Our courier availability fluctuates, so there will be times during these 20 minute intervals where we will have 100 couriers, other times we may have 0 couriers from 10am to 10pm daily. We *think* it could be possible to use Bookly Pro and Bookly group booking to set this up technically, we were thinking we could set up *classes* and have back to back classes set up from 10am to 10pm that run every 20 minutes up until 10pm each and every day.
We are thinking if we know the day before how many couriers we have available we can set the amount of *delegates* who would be attending this 20 minute time slot. Therefore, the *delegates* would actually be our customers, if that makes any sense. *(note: We also understand this may need a physical address as a venue, but we are thinking of using our office address, but the customer would understand this is for data information) For Example: at 5:20pm today we have 10 couriers available for 20 minutes. Only one courier can be booked for one customer to pick up their order. This would mean we would have an additional 9 couriers available. Is this possible?
Another thing... We are trying to find websites that actually use your Bookly Search Form & Services Form appointment system, so we can get a visual of the appearance. We know we do not want the step by step form (classic) Do you have any websites that you can recommend we can look at that show the search & services form?. We are looking at a front interface that is very simple to manage. We shall not be using a system where the customer can pick their own courier, which is why we came up with this idea of using a group booking plugin that Bookly has.
Essentially we are looking for these simple stages. 1) Quick customer view ideally for one day, but if not possibly, seven days view. Days broken down into 36 consecutive times slots from 10am to 10pm, every 20 minutes. times slots vary in *delegates* according to how many couriers are available. Customers book the time slot they want. Which would be simple to do. We are thinking it would be a simple press on the customer's phone to confirm this allocated time-frame. Collect marketing consent. to have the customer on a mailing list (to use Bookly Mail-chimp) Customer then gets directed to add the following. Pick Up address. Notes to add section. Attach a file (jpeg or equivalent) order screen shot. Customer drop off details. Name, address, telephone number. a section where the customer ticks they have read the terms and conditions. Payment system. Stripe for online payment. Option for the customer to give the courier a tip in advance. email and/or sms notification sent to customer to confirm order. I genuinely am looking forward to receiving any further knowledge you have regarding my points. Also, if there is any other additional information you would like to add, I would be grateful for the additional information. Thanks for your time.

Although we have the Bookly Locations Add-on: https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/210229885-Locations-Add-on which allows you to
however, the option for pick-up/drop-off locations isn't supported yet.
Perhaps you can make use of Bookly Locations (Add-on) for the starting point (pick-up) to the drop-off locations. And use Services to indicate if it's one-way or round-trip. For example, Centro - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport, as per the attached screenshot below. Or Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Airport - Centro.
And unlike categories (which have been used as locations in some setups), the Locations add-on allows you to keep different types of services categorized into groups, have staff migrate between locations (for services provided at home and grouped into locations by neighborhood e.g.), choose services (and change their pricing) which will be provided by the staff in that particular location, etc.
If you you can set up your couriers as staff members, you'll be able to manage their availability by adjusting their working hours and breaks. Customers won't be able to book more than 1 staff member at a time. Staff selection field can be hidden in the booking form and the default value can be set to 'ANY' option.
You can add notes section in Bookly > Appearance > Details tab and tick the box beside 'Show noted field'.

It allows your customers to upload files relating to the appointment right to the Bookly booking form so your clients will be asked to attach necessary files before the booking confirmation and all materials collected will be available in reservation details in the Bookly admin area. And you can add the {files_count} placeholder which is the number of uploaded files to the notifications to customers and staff members.

The Bookly Custom Fields (Add-on): https://support.booking-wp-plugin.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003963514-Custom-Fields-add-on allows you to create the different types of questions that the clients would need to fill out in the Details step before the booking confirmation. And all these reservation details will be added to your Bookly Calendar, and can also be added to the email notifications for both your staff members and customers. To add this to the email notifications for both your staff members and customers, the {custom_fields} code needs to be added to the email body. Note that the {custom_fields} code is only available for single notifications.
The default fields that you can ask from the customers in the Details step are name, phone number, email address, birthday, customer's address, and the Terms & Conditions checkbox.
The default payment option in Bookly Pro is offline payment (cash on arrival). For the online payment feature, please check out the options below that you can choose from and enable for your plugin. Kindly note that payments via your preferred payment gateway are only triggered during the online booking unless your payment gateway has a feature that allows you to create payment links. So the customers can't go back online to pay for the appointment. And the payments are single/global so it goes to the site admin.
You can set the 'Default appointment status' to 'Pending and make use of the notifications by adding the {approve_appointment_url} URL of approve appointment link to use inside the <a> tag so the staff member can approve the appointment.
Several types of triggered and scheduled notifications can be done via Bookly, to keep clients and staff in the loop of appointment status updates and remind them of upcoming events. Please check these articles for more information and instructions.

Kindly note that Bookly is designed to work with a weekly schedule. After you set up the staff member's schedule, this schedule will be repeated for the following weeks. Hence, the system takes into account the staff member's schedule when rendering available time slots in the front-end/booking.
So the availability offered in the booking form is based on the schedule of the staff member. Whereas, the interval of the slots offered is regulated with the time slot length as this is the basis of how the hours are divided and presented in the booking form.
