Features You Can Enable for Your Account

 

Pricing

Bookly Cloud features use different pricing models:

  • Some services are billed on a monthly or annual subscription
  • Others are charged based on actual usage

For the most up-to-date pricing, please refer to the Bookly Cloud section in your WordPress dashboard.

 

Create a Bookly Cloud Account

Your Bookly Cloud account is automatically created at the time of purchase. Please check your inbox for an email with your Bookly Cabinet login details, which are the same as your Bookly Cloud account credentials.

To register manually with a different email address, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Bookly Cloud section in your WordPress dashboard.
  2. Click Register in the top-right corner.
  3. Fill in the required details.
  4. Enter the confirmation code sent to your email.

 

Add Funds to Your Balance

Click the Recharge button and select one of the available amounts.

After topping up your balance, you will automatically receive the support period associated with the selected amount.

 

Enable Auto-Recharge

To avoid service interruptions, you can enable Auto-Recharge and your account will be automatically topped up when the balance drops below $10.00.

To turn off this option hover over the info icon next to Auto-Recharge, click Change and select Disable.

 

Manage Account Settings

To access your account settings, click your email address at the top of the Bookly Cloud page.

Enable Automatic Invoices

To receive invoices automatically when recharging your balance:

  1. Go to Bookly Cloud > Settings > Invoice.
  2. Fill in the required details.
  3. Enable the Send invoice option.
  4. Click Save.

Invoices will be sent to your registered email address. You can also specify an additional email to receive copies.

Notifications

If you prefer to manage payments manually, enable the Send email notification to administrators at low balance option. You will receive a notification when your balance falls below $5.00.

If you enable the Send weekly summary option, you will receive an email with a summary of the total number of text messages sent and their cost.
