Bookly Cloud Pricing

Features within the Bookly Cloud section may have different pricing models. Some features are billed on a monthly or annual basis, while others are billed only when actively used. For current pricing details, please refer to the actual prices available in the Bookly Cloud section.


Starting July 1, 2024, there will be an update to the prices for products listed in the Bookly Cloud section. All transactions will be processed in EURO currency. These adjustments reflect the underlying costs and ongoing enhancements to our software, ensuring continued quality of service.

Create your Bookly Cloud account

1. In the Bookly Cloud section, click on the Register button at the top right corner of the page.

Fill in the necessary details. An email containing the confirmation code will be sent to your email address. Use the received code in the Confirmation code field to finalize the registration.

Your login details for the Bookly Cloud account may differ from those used to access the Bookly backend.

2. Access account settings by clicking on your user name (email address) at the top of the page.

For automatic invoices upon balance replenishment, navigate to Bookly Cloud Settings > Invoice. Complete the required details, check the Send invoice box, and click Save invoice settings.

The invoice will be sent to the email address registered for your Bookly Cloud account. You can set up a copy of the invoice to be sent to another email address.

3. If you prefer manual control over your payments, rely on the notifications that the admin will receive when your balance falls below $5.

Add money to your balance

1. Click on the Recharge button to top up your balance with one of the standard amounts.

Upon recharging your Bookly Cloud account, you automatically receive the support period indicated below the selected amount. Learn more about customer support from Bookly here.

2. Ensure you never run out of balance and avoid potential product blocking in Bookly Cloud by selecting and enabling the Auto-Recharge option. When enabled, this feature automatically charges you the chosen amount each time your balance falls below $10.

To turn off the Auto-Recharge option, hover the mouse over the info badge, click Change, then select Disable.

Stripe Payments

The Stripe Payments service enables you to accept payments for your services from customers, using the Stripe payment gateway for a small commission of 0.9% of the payment amount.


Please be aware that Stripe applies additional fees for payment processing.

Please note that Stripe Payments and Bookly Stripe (Add-on) are distinct products with separate settings. The Stripe Payments integration redirects customers to the Stripe site to confirm and complete the order. In contrast, with Bookly Stripe (Add-on), customers can make instant payments within your booking form without being redirected to the Stripe site to complete the transaction.


  1. Before connecting the Stripe payment gateway, ensure you have a Stripe account.
  2. Click on the Get started button. You will be redirected to the Stripe connect page. Sign in with your Stripe account and click Connect my Stripe account.
  3. Once connected, navigate to Settings > Payments in the Bookly menu, and enable the Stripe Cloud payment method.
  4. You can enhance payment details by adding custom metadata. Use available codes from the list, and this information will be passed to Stripe along with the payment.


Price correction: Adjust the total cost of the booking based on the payment method used.

Time interval of payment gateway: Set the time limit after which payments made via the payment gateway are considered incomplete. This functionality requires a scheduled cron job.

Transactions made by your customers using the Stripe Cloud payment option can be refunded. Look for the Refund button in the payment details.


Cloud Cron

Bookly requires cron setup for sending scheduled Email and SMS notifications, including appointment reminders, birthday greetings, staff agendas, SMS campaigns, and automatic appointment status changes. Typically, cron setup involves some technical skills and should be configured in your hosting provider’s control panel.

However, with Bookly Cloud Cron, it's a one-click enabled service that runs frequently – every 5 minutes. This ensures that Bookly performs all your time-based actions seamlessly.

To activate the Cloud Cron service, simply click the Get Started button in Bookly Cloud > Products. No additional configuration is required.
