These variables allow you to personalize your notifications and the booking form itself. Some codes are universal for all email types, while others will only appear if the corresponding extra Bookly item (add-ons) is installed and activated.
Note that not all codes available for notifications are accessible in the Appearance section.

The if block (e.g., {#if service_info}YOUR CONTENT{/if}) can be used for conditional cases. When included in your content template, Bookly will assess the condition and generate the content accordingly. If the condition is met, a specific text will be inserted and displayed in the email notification or on your booking form.
If you use add-ons enabling clients to book multiple appointments in one session, you can iterate over those appointments to display distinct information for each item. Use the each block:
